Our Staff

Headed by Kim Long, the home’s manager since 1999, the team at Grosvenor Lodge are all  dedicated to caring for the individual needs of each resident, and work closely with local health care providers to ensure the elderly in our care enjoy an excellent quality of life.

We’re friendly, knowledgeable people, trained in areas such as safeguarding, handling of medicines, health and safety, and conditions like diabetes. We’re committed to forming genuine friendships with our residents, believing in encouraging independence, recognising personal fulfillment, and giving everyone in our care the freedom of choice.

Our team are all highly qualified, but most of all, they care deeply about caring.

Quote given to the CQC Inspector

Staff are friendly and helpful.  The care is personalised and it is ‘caring’ care.  The manager is good and there is a real relationship between the staff and my relative.
