I have always been struck by one thing – how wonderful your staff have been. I am sure their work can be extremely difficult at times, but they never let it show, they welcomed me with a smile and nothing has ever been too much to ask. They take pride in everything they do and their dedication to the residents is obvious for everyone to see.
